Your personal data is processed by the Controller no longer than necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g., regarding accounting). With respect to marketing data, data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the Controller:

  • Access to your personal data,
  • Rectification of the data,
  • Erasure of the data,
  • Restriction of processing,
  • Data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing referred to in section 3.3 c) regarding the processing of personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, although the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Controller’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the website.

You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the purpose of direct marketing carried out by the Controller.

Personal data is transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we send it outside the European Union.

The website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.

The website may record information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).

In some cases, the website may record information that makes it easier to associate data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such cases, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.

The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel. This technology causes Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) to know that a person registered on it is using the website. It is based in this case on data of which it is itself the controller; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook on its own. The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow advertising messages to be tailored to user behavior on the site, which may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is being used to track them, but in practice no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertising operators.
